Pre Construction

Planning

PCP is the key to a successful project, from receipt of a completed design from a designer or client we work through a detailed costing process, agree contract terms and pre manufacturing design work through to developing the Construction Phase Plan. This is completed by our in house project management team.

Project

Management

Our project management team structure starts with the managing director and filters down through project managers to the site manager. We work hand in hand with client appointed external project managers.

At all levels we maintain a full knowledge of the project ensuring seamless coordination with trades, manufacturers and suppliers.

Fit out

Installation

Lead by a NVQ & SMSTS trained site manager we have a dedicated team of fitters covering multiple disciplines

Building / fit out work
Plumbing / Gas installation (NAPIT Registered)
Tiling / Ceiling Installations

All operatives are CSCS accredited in their trades and are current with construction site safety awareness, first aid and asbestos awareness.

We work with preferred sub trades and manufacturing partners which allows us to offer turn key full fit out package.
