Pure. Paddington Central

A full fit out over a 6.5 week programme, with full site works taken place including HVAC, electrical install, fire alarm, joinery and Metal work items.

 

This Pure is amongst the new Paddington Central area, surrounded by the Great Union Canal and Paddington train station. 

​

On this site we installed a full structural timber mezzanine, with only one steel RSJ due to weight restrictions. The site had a new style ceiling raft with Stained Poplar timber running in different directions. 

​
