Working with (Wright & Bell) on this project was our 1st real opportunity to show what Latitude 45 Ltd is all about, with a time critical handover to allow a wedding to take place the day after.

The contracted works involved a tenancy split, full basement strip out and construction of a 2hr fire rated dividing wall, new staff facility and decorative finishes to the customer facing elevations saw the space transform from a massive open basement restaurant dining room to a stunning basement atrium.

Wall finishes are decorative laminate and metal.
