Our first opportunity with a new client (Rum Kitchen) saw us start a two phase project with Phase one strip out starting December 2019, being successful with our tender for Phase two we kicked of the build in late January 2020.

 

This project started as a fully designed and specified, within a few weeks started heading down a design and build route, the final look is nothing short of stunning with bespoke finishes unique to this project. Budget restraints saw massive cut backs in finishes and this where the interaction of Latitude 45 and Reddeer took these challenges brushed them aside and produced a result second to none.

 

Highlights are the stunning West Way arch inspired features in the main restaurant, the Wang Shu inspired bar front, beautiful copper bar tops and the amazing mirror stainless customer toilets and wash hand trough, inviting basement lobby leading to a high gloss passage leading to a simplistic private dining room with a massive reclaimed marble and resin PDR Table.
